Ingredients
  1. 1 lb. ground beef
  2. 2 T. toasted seseme oil
  3. 2 T. soy sauce
  4. 2 T. sage
  5. 1 tsp. granulated garlic
  6. 1 tsp. salt
  7. shake of cayanne pepper
  8. 1/2 large cabbage, thinly sliced
  9. 3 T. soy sauce
  10. 1 T. finely chopped fresh ginger root
  11. 1 T. finely chopped fresh garlic
  12. 2 T. refined coconut oil or butter
  13. a couple shakes of crushed, red pepper
  14. Joseph's Lavash Bread (WalMart)
  15. Refined coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Fry up the first seven ingredients. Set aside.
  2. With the next six ingredients, heat oil in skillet. (I used one cast iron skillet for this entire dish!)
  3. Add the remaining ingredients. Saute until cabbage is tender crisp and caramelizing.
  4. Mix the cabbage with the ground beef. Taste and add soy sauce, salt, or anything else as needed!
  5. Melt several inches of coconut oil in a deep pan. Shoot to keep it around 450 degrees F. I mean, not a big deal...just an idea of where it works well.
  6. Take a whole pack of Joseph's Lavash Bread. Cut them in half the short way. Fill with the meat/cabbage mixture, and fold closed. (VERY! carefully place the folded spring roll, seam side down, into the hot oil. Turn it once the bottom is browning nicely. We turned it once. Then take it out and place to drain on a plate lined with paper towel.
  7. Enjoy!
