Ingredients
  1. Potatoes
  2. Olive oil or butter
  3. Salt
  4. Pepper
  5. Chives
  6. Bacon
Instructions
  1. Wash and cook potatoes.
  2. When soft, drain them and place them on a pan.
  3. Cut them open and smash them a bit with a fork.
  4. Allow them to completely cool.
  5. Fry or bake bacon, and snip into small pieces.
  6. Drizzle potatoes with olive oil or place a pat of butter on each piece.
  7. Salt and pepper on top.
  8. Sprinkle with fresh or dried chives.
  9. Roast in the oven at 400 degrees.
  10. Finish off with a bit of broil until they are just browning at the edges.
  11. Top with bacon.
