Ingredients
  1. 1 large bunch of chopped kale
  2. 1 small onion
  3. 1 small tomato
  4. 2 T. butter or refined coconut oil
  5. 1 tsp. paprika
  6. 1 tsp. coriander
  7. 1 tsp. onion powder
  8. 1/8 tsp. salt
Instructions
  1. Remove kale leaves from the stems. (Important! It's no fun biting into a hard piece of stem! The stem reaches almost the entire length of the plant.)
  2. Chop into small pieces.
  3. Chop onion and tomato.
  4. Heat butter or coconut oil in a large pan. (I use my cast iron kettle.)
  5. Saute onion and tomato.
  6. Add spices and salt.
  7. Add kale and cook until tender.
