Indian Masala Chai

Indian Masala Chai

Craig and I went out for Indian cuisine the night of his birthday. After that…we were on a mission! To create an authentic mug of Indian Masala Chai…and we did it! Okay, so this is our version–the flavor profile we were after.

I simmered each ingredient separately, then measured out amounts of each syrup. This is at least close to perfect!

Indian Masala Chai
A spicy, creamy drink.
