Ingredients
  1. 1 strip bacon
  2. 1/2 avocado
  3. 1 egg yolk
  4. cilantro
  5. salt
Instructions
  1. Bake, fry, or microwave bacon.
  2. Cut into small pieces.
  3. Salt the avocado.
  4. Place egg yolk into avocado.
  5. Sprinkle salt on egg yolk.
  6. Add bacon pieces.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  8. Add sprig of cilantro.
