Ingredients
  1. 2 lbs. ground beef
  2. 1/4 c. curry powder
  3. 1 large onion, chopped
  4. 1 small head of cauliflower, chopped
  5. 1 c. peas
  6. 1/2 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
  7. 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  8. 1 inch fresh ginger, chopped
  9. 1 can coconut milk (I use Thai Kitchen brand)
  10. 1 c. plain greek yogurt
  11. Juice of one lemon
  12. salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Fry and chop ground beef with curry powder.
  2. Add onion and cauliflower and fry until veggies are tender.
  3. Add next five ingredients.
  4. Bring to a simmer. Take off heat.
  5. Add yogurt, lemon and salt.
  6. Enjoy!
